Justice & Rehabilitation Services

At The Better Health Generation, we’re committed to creating real change across the justice and social care systems, supporting individuals to rebuild their lives, break the cycle of reoffending, and thrive in their communities.

We recognise the impact of trauma, mental ill health, and neurodiversity, and believe everyone deserves the opportunity to move forward, no matter their past or current situation.

Our team bring significant experience from across the justice sector, including frontline prison roles and specialist clinical practice, giving us a powerful appreciation of the complex challenges faced by both individuals and the services that support them.

What Our Clients Say

Found it really helpful when it came to reframing problems in a way that made them easier to deal with. Coaching for what to say and how to react in certain situations was useful. And it was great to have someone break down how to be kinder to myself no matter what's going on, and not being judgemental

Client

I have received fantastic support and advice from The Better Health Generation. They have been professional throughout. I feel valued and worthwhile after I have a chat with my clinician. At the end of each session I try to use the tools and advice I have received to enable me to have a better day and week

Client

The support and guidance I have been given has helped me to rethink how I view and interpret interactions and experiences I have had with other people. Helping me to live with less anxiety and with more of an understanding into my own thought process
