This 30‑minute webinar is aimed at businesses, employers, HR teams, and Primary Care Network (PCN) partners who support people affected by health‑related barriers to work in Lancashire.

The session will focus primarily on in‑work support, outlining how Connect to Work helps individuals remain in employment through personalised, one‑to‑one assistance that supports health, wellbeing, and job sustainability. We will also touch on how the government funded programme supports people who are out of work and preparing to return to employment, helping to build a future workforce pipeline.

Attendees will gain a clear understanding of how employers and PCNs can engage with the programme, referral routes, and the benefits of early intervention, all through a fully funded offer that complements existing wellbeing and population health approaches.
