We’d love you to join us on Thursday the 26th March at 11:00am for a free, informative webinar introducing the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service – a fully funded programme helping SMEs and the self-employed across Scotland tackle common work-related mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety, low mood, and burnout.
At The Better Health Generation, we believe mental wellbeing is central to performance and purpose. That’s why we’ve partnered with Able Futures to offer confidential, one-to-one support, delivered by our team of experienced Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and Counsellors.
What is the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service?
Funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), this programme offers up to 9 months of personalised support – at no cost – to help individuals better manage mental health in and out of the workplace.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, low mood, grief, disrupted sleep, stress, or burnout, this service connects you with a trained professional who can help you build resilience, improve wellbeing routines, and navigate life’s ups and downs.
Support is flexible and completely confidential – available by phone, email, or video at times that suit you. Neither your employer, family, nor colleagues are informed.
