Dr Kylie has more than 20 years of experience in the employment services industry and worked for large, national employment services providers overseeing their health and employment programs. She holds a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology and an Adjunct Research Fellow at the University of Southern Queensland in Australia. Dr Kylie is a member of the Australian Psychological Society Clinical College, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) and a fellow member of the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP).

Fred is responsible for driving The Better Health Generation’s growth, operations and global investments. With more than 15 years’ experience working across health and corporate business, he is a strategic leader who is passionate about building high performing teams and creating smart strategies that deliver results. Fred has a Masters degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Management and, in his spare time, is working on his PhD examining work-focussed cognitive behavioural therapy.

Natalie is responsible for developing The Better Health Generation’s long-term growth across the United Kingdom, ensuring high standards of delivery to meet your needs. She is passionate about delivering exceptional services that support and further develop performance and results. In a career that has spanned more than 22 years in the Education, Employability & Skills, Health, Service and Sport sectors, Natalie has held several executive leadership roles with responsibilities including business growth, compliance assurance, operations, employability & skills, contract management & procurement, finance and quality assurance. Natalie currently sits on the Merlin Advisory Board, is a member of the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) and a fellow member of the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP).

Andy leads the UK team of health professionals that brings our outcomes-driven health professionals to our customers and clients. He is responsible for The Better Health Generation’s delivery of services to corporate business, government and public sectors including housing, justice, sports, and employability.

He is a strategically minded and dynamic leader with an excellent track record in developing partnerships and building new business. Andy has a passion for sports and sports coaching and, before pursuing a career in business development, spent quite a few years as a professional football player.

Andy holds a Physical Education & Sports Coaching BA (1st Class Honours) from York St John University.
